The Ravencrest Condominiums are managed by Warren Managament Group. The Association monthly dues "assessments" vary based upon the size of each home. Assessments are due on the first of each month and are considered late if received after the 20th of the month, when a $10.00 late fee is imposed. The Assessments cover all exterior maintenance in the Community, landscaping, management and all water. The Association's Fiscal year runs January to December. All homes have one reserved parking space. Spaces marked as GUEST/VISITOR, are for guests/visitors only, no resident parking in guest spaces is permitted. Board Meetings are normally held on the 2ND Monday of every month at 6:00 p.m. at the Association's Clubhouse.
